Grow Yourself Out.
Growing yourself out means watering the seed of your life’s purpose. This is a seed that already exists within you but needs the nourishment of your attention. We’ll cultivate this through group coaching and guided journaling sessions to reflect on your core values, current alignment to those values and any limiting beliefs that stand in your way.
Join Jake for a transformational week of deepening your yoga and meditation practice in the natural wonderland of Sedona!
Grow Yourself Out is a retreat for those looking to unplug from the internet and challenge themself with a set of practices to tune into a deep self-understanding and cultivate a more fully expressed version of themself. Together, we will embark on a journey of personal growth by up-leveling our awareness and cultivating an intentional set of practices that support a life lived more purposefully, joyfully, and vibrantly.
Throughout the week, we will explore your limiting beliefs, core values, current alignment with those values, and develop a personalized set of self-practices that create the appropriate container for your creativity to flourish. We’ll be using the yoga asana (physical practice), seated meditation, and yoga nidra (transformative sleep), and group coaching sessions to create a container for connecting yourself, nature, and an intimate community of those on a similar journey of personal growth.
We are excited to share this journey with you. While we will certainly have moments of joy and fun, this retreat is also a dedicated space for those eager to grow and evolve. Think of it as an immersive investment in your self-understanding through yoga practice, almost like a mini-teacher training for practitioners who are interested in deepening their practice but not interested in teaching.
